Introducing The Precious™ — the original 1kg 24K Cu ArtBar™ and the first creation from the Ingots We Trust forge.

Poured in the elemental fire of 1085°C – following chemistry’s demanding, scientific rules, this exquisite copper ArtBar™ is hand-crafted by master metallurgists in Sheffield continuing their legacy from their origins of the Industrial Revolution. Sourced from copper legacy regions such as Parys Mountain in Amlwch, the copper within it has been part of Britain’s industrial soul for centuries.

Copper is a naughty metal – difficult to work with, temperamental to pour, prone to oxidation. That’s why very few dare to make it precious.
But we do – and we do it exceptionally. As the small batches of molten copper cools in the open air with our unique pouring technique, it creates natural ripple patterns on the base – our signature “crinkly bottoms”. These swirling textures are a hallmark of hand-poured purity and no two are ever the same. Linished and finished with a brilliant mirror polish and protected by a special lacquer, it needs no gloves or vacuum seal. This is a bar to be touched, treasured, and truly loved.
